What are your favorite Gaelic bands? I am asking all of forum users aswell as you Ox :)

Personally i like a small band called Beltaine, although it isn't pure gaelic. I would like to hear more "pure" music if you know what I mean :P

What all do you consider Gaelic music? Personally I like a lot of the more modern Irish and Scotch music, like in English (or instrumental) with classical instruments.

I suppose it's what you limit it to, for me to post my favorites.

Irish, scotch, anything that sounds like that. Tbh Oxhorn listens pretty much to the same thing as i do. So pretty much anything similar to what he plays in the bacround of his show.

Tommy Makem and the Clancy Brothers. I've been listening to them on old records since I could stand.
