So a while back, I'd say about a month or so ago, I received an e-mail from Blizzard saying my old World of Warcraft account had been banned due to someone using a botting program. I was at first upset because I spent an hour on the phone with Blizzard six months before that telling them to close down my account permanently, I guess they didn't. So I sent them an e-mail telling them I hadn't played in months and to remove the lock on my battle.net so I could continue playing Starcraft II.
After a while things went back to normal, I had a secure battle.net, and my World of Warcraft account had finally been permanently closed, not the way I wanted it to, but it was closed. I received two e-mails today, one asking for a confirmation on reopening my account, and the second asking me if I wanted to confirm changing my e-mail password. I denied the password change for my e-mail and am thinking of how to get across to Blizzard that I don't want my Warcraft account open or accessible, ever.
Can anyone help me think of a e-mail or maybe a phone call that might finally close my account completely?

I know it's not technically hacking, but it is the most common term for this sort of thing.
